Fiji now overthrowing other governments' officials too. THE Fijian Government expelled the Australian high commissioner this week after Fiji's chief justice accused Australia of interfering with its independent judiciary, a role that is exclusively reserved for the Fijian military.Fiji has been trying to resolve its judicial impasse by appointing judges from Sri Lanka. It's understood that Kevin Rudd is willing to make peace with the Fijian Government if it appoints the 78 Sri Lankans currently aboard the Oceanic Viking to its High Court.
